Please read our studio policy before booking.
COVID MEASURES
- All clients must wear a mask upon entering and throughout the duration in the studio.
- We ask you to please wash your hands upon entering the salon.
- There will be no outside food or drinks allowed.
- No extra guest allowed, no kids unless they are receiving service.
*If you are feeling under the weather, or have potentially been exposed to COVID please message us to reschedule. If you are visibly ill upon arriving at your appointment you may be refused service.
DEPOSIT
- Once your appointment is booked a deposit of $20 (for each appointment scheduled) must be sent through our booking system.
- This deposit will be held and used toward services on the DAY of your appointment. The deposit is non refundable and CAN NOT go towards another appointment if you made LAST minute changes. (Must be notified 48hrs in advance)
SCHEDULE
- When booking an appointment PLEASE make sure to add the proper add ons to your service.
*Example: If you want a acrylic removal, fullset with designs on every finger and pedicure, be sure to select FULLSET then under add ons select acrylic removal, nail art 10 fingers, and PEDICURE. That way our system ca reserve the appropriate amount of time for your services.
LATE-NESS
In order to respect the time of both our clients and our staff, we ask you to arrive on time for your appointment.
- There is a 10 minute grace period for lateness. If you are more than 10 minutes late there is a possibility that we will not be able to take you depending how soon our next scheduled appointment.
- It is possible that if you are late we will not have time for your entire appointment.
*Example: If you booked a fullset with nail art on every finger, we may only have time for a plain fullset so that our next appointment is not waiting due to your lateness.
LATE CANCELLATIONS
We understand that emergencies happen. If you need to cancel your appointment, we simply ask that you notify us of any cancellations or rescheduling at least 24 hours prior to the appointment.
NO SHOW
After 3 NO SHOW appointments you will be fired from the studio. It is very important to us that if you are not able to attend your appointment to please reach out ASAP so that we can fill that spot so our artist do not lose out on money and another client does not lose a chance to get an appointment.
Refund
The studio does not issue refunds on any services provided. However, we strive to give the utmost satisfaction to our clients and if you are not satisfied with the work performed, we will make every effort to ensure we rectify the situation.
RIGHT TO REFUSE SERVICE
Our staff has the right to refuse service to anyone behaving improperly, intoxicated or if their state of health may influence the effects of the service.
